🌸🎶 Litha Sound Bath & Acupuncture Ceremony: A Midsummer's Celebration 🌸🎶

Step into the enchanting embrace of summer's zenith with our immersive Litha celebration! Join us for a serene journey of rejuvenation and connection on the longest days of the year. All attendees for this event will receive 1-3 acupuncture points to deepen the experience and healing during the sound bath. We will begin with an herbal tea ritual hosted and harvested by our very own acupuncturist, Isabel, and dive into an energy clearing, followed by acupuncture and sound bath. 

ACUPUNCTURE:

Embark on a journey of inner rejuvenation as skilled acupuncturist, Isabel, gently stimulates 1-2 of your body's meridian points, facilitating the flow of energy and promoting balance. Receiving an acupuncture treatment compounds the deep experience of sound healing for a fully transportive session. 

SOUND BATH:

Feel the resonance of Tibetan singing bowls, the ethereal tones of crystal bowls, and the soothing vibrations of chimes wash over you like a gentle wave, inviting you to release tension and embrace serenity. Each note, carefully selected and expertly played, carries the essence of renewal and growth, resonating with the energies of Beltane.  

MEANING OF LITHA:

Litha, also known as Midsummer or the Summer Solstice, is a time of joy and vitality, symbolizing the height of the sun's power and the longest day of the year. It's a time for reflection, gratitude, and connection with nature.

A MIDSUMMER RITUAL: 

We will learn a midsummer ritual honoring the sacred energies of Litha with a special ritual to celebrate the sun's peak strength and the abundance of nature. Connect with the elements and set intentions for growth, joy, and renewal.

AMBIENCE:

This sound bath is set in a stunning, spacious barn with majestic cathedral ceilings. Embrace the natural ambiance as you are able to feel nature's presence, while still being sheltered from all the elements. The rustic barn wood floor invites you to bring your own comforts for the session. Blankets and mats available provided by Ohm Dome on first come, first serve basis, or, if pre-arranged through TheOhmDome@gmail.com. ***Please Note: The event takes place on the 2nd level, which requires walking up one set of stairs.***

WHAT TO BRING/PREPARE:

* Arrive 10-minutes early to check-in and sink in!

* Yoga Mat/Blanket to lay on

* Pillow for your head + pillow/s for any other body needs

* Light layers/blankets in case needed, but it will most likely be hot. 

* Water bottle

* Journal (Ohm Dome journal provided, but bring your own if preferred)

* Wear comfortable clothes

*For acupuncture-related events, please wear clothes that allow access to arms and legs.
